We continue the work on the transformation of the 180 Strand building. From a concrete block of offices, it is now a mix of commercial offices, a gym, Soho House Club space with the swimming pool area on the roof, cafes and restaurants, and mixed-use office space, galleries and exhibition spaces.
Already populated by top creative talents, all four blocks of these complex have gradually been fitted out during 2020.
The space that was completed last month, Soho Works, blurring the boundaries between office space, podcast lab, and clubhouse.
Our engineers are on-site every week, coordinating installations, setting equipment, visiting plant rooms.
We designed and coordinated mechanical, electrical and public health systems installations in Revit. The model of the building will be retained by the Client and can be used to develop an efficient CAD-based Facilities Management application and to hold data for BREEAM assessment.
There are few very exciting tenants moving into the Arundel wing of the building. For them we provided a large data centre, having internal expertise in this area. Also, the cycling storage and facilities area is taking its shape.
