Complete refurbishment and fit-out of Grade I listed buildings dating from 1786 — a 380,000 sqft interconnected complex for the Cabinet Office, coordinated to function as a total operational unit.
Admiralty Arch is a large Grade I listed building in London, incorporating an archway providing road and pedestrian access between The Mall and Trafalgar Square. Designed by Sir Aston Webb and completed in 1912, our engineers were responsible for the complete refurbishment and fit-out of these listed buildings, which date back to 1786.
The combined footprint of the interconnecting Admiralty Arch, Ripley Building and Kirkland House is some 380,000 sqft. The single end user is the Cabinet and their support staff. Considerable coordination and discussion took place with all interested parties to ensure these buildings function and operate as a total unit.
