Holmewood House is a private luxury development located in Marlow, Berkshire. The project is a bespoke single-storey house with a striking 5-metre high-domed grass roof — a genuinely unique residential design. A swimming pool is located within the centre of the house, and the property is divided between four master bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a living room, dining room and study forming the main living quarters.
CD International were appointed on full duties for the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services. The site is located on the client's existing estate and can be classified as remote from a services perspective — statutory services were therefore designed to provide stand-by facilities. Due to the client's particular sensitivity to noise, all ventilation services were designed to a low velocity criterion throughout.
