The project is located within the Old Kent Road Opportunity Area, designated by the Mayor of London in the London Plan. The plan provides the planning and regeneration strategy for new development including new homes, jobs, open space and infrastructure — including the proposed extension of the Bakerloo Line.
The project is to be built on the site of a former coffee packing factory and will contain residential buildings of 5, 8 and 9 storeys. Basement and ground floor will be allocated to flexible working spaces with associated amenity space and ancillary infrastructure. Total GIA is 2,351 sqm.
