IPM Shopping Centre brings to the Serbian market a modern international-standard shopping centre, with 44,000 sqm GLA over three levels, featuring over 150 stores, restaurants and leisure facilities, green spaces and parking for 1,250 vehicles.
The shopping centre is located in the urban residential part of Belgrade, perfectly connected with other parts of the city and with easy access to the highway.
CDI provided building services design supervision duties including initial strategic design options for HVAC systems and lighting. During the Concept stage we worked closely with the client and local engineers, initially providing sketches to illustrate alternative servicing options to improve tenant flexibility and commercial value. We also provided principal services distribution including location of all HVAC main ducts and thermal modelling.
