Lido Porto Montenegro is part of the prestigious Porto Montenegro master plan — an elite residential marina village located on the picturesque shore of a former naval base on Montenegro's Adriatic coast. The Lido is a luxury open-air pool with entertainment area, restaurant and open-air club zone, constructed on the extraordinary site of a dry submarine dock.
CD International acted as lead MEP consultant for the project, developing building services design for the Lido pool and all surrounding buildings including bar and restaurant, changing rooms and arrival pavilion. We delivered Concept, Schematic and Detailed Design stages and undertook construction site supervision throughout.
Given the extremely high profile of the development, a key requirement was that all services and communications were completely hidden from view and silent in operation — an exacting standard that required meticulous coordination of all MEP systems within the constrained dock structure.
