12 new apartments in a mixed commercial and residential regeneration of Marshall Street — achieving Code Level 3 for all flats, now occupied since 2010.
The regeneration of Marshall Street commenced in approximately 2008 as a partly commercial and partly residential development. CD International provided building services design, including a Sustainability Report for planning applications and Code for Sustainable Homes assessment for 12 new apartments.
Achieving Code Level 3 for all flats was the planning requirement. These flats are now built, handed over and have been occupied since December 2010. Since then, part of the commercial area has been converted into three additional penthouse apartments.
