Mirabad Residential project is a unique opportunity for a new type of residential development in the city of Tashkent, initiating regeneration of the area and creating a new urban quarter. The project is led by Chapman Taylor Partners with local planning input on specific regulations.
Prior to the start of MEP design, CDI developed and agreed a Sustainability Energy Strategy with the client. The scheme will deliver around 2,000 mid and high-end apartments in two phases, spread across four blocks with large green courtyards, underground parking and green roofs. The first two floors of each building are allocated to commercial spaces including shops, small offices, restaurants and amenities.
