No 1 Park Lane is situated in the heart of Hemel Hempstead. At 96,135 sqft it is one of the largest buildings in the town. CDI provided a maintenance and renewable energy project for the headquarters of a leisure company.
The maintenance work comprised preparation of planned maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical and public health services. The project also included provision of a second standby generator to support the data rooms, with additional UPS systems to ensure a secure supply during mains failure. The existing plant was audited and a sequential replacement programme was scheduled to incorporate solar panels for hot water and water-saving fittings.
