The Portman Residence is a private luxury development in the Caribbean, designed to the highest standards of comfort, sustainability and discretion. CD International provided full MEP building services engineering — Mechanical, Public Health and Electrical design — for this bespoke private residence.
As with all our Caribbean residential commissions, the engineering strategy was developed to utilise renewable energy sources, maximise energy efficiency and ensure all services are completely concealed from view. The design integrates air source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and solar thermal systems within a carefully coordinated services strategy.
