Renovation of two 1850 townhouses in Knightsbridge — converted into three modern houses with fully upgraded services while preserving the Listed building character.
This project is a renovation of two deteriorated townhouses built in 1850 in the heart of Knightsbridge, being converted into three modern houses. The interiors were stripped out from old finishes, brought to a structurally sound condition, re-planned and fitted with up-to-date modern services.
CDI made an assessment of energy demand, proposed energy reduction technologies and addressed key architectural and planning issues including structural, sightline and noise implications, taking into account the Listed status of the building.
