Tankerton Works is a standalone building located on Argyle Street, approximately 200 metres from Euston Road and less than two minutes from King's Cross. The former factory building was restored and converted into offices in 2006 but was heated via portable electric heaters that consumed significant energy and failed to provide a comfortable environment.
CDI proposed the installation of a three-pipe variable refrigerant system (VRF) for heating and cooling, providing economically precise individual comfort control to multiple spaces. The system operates with minimum energy usage and low maintenance costs, directing service only to zones that require it.
