Third Space City is one of the most technically challenging projects in the portfolio, located within the densely built-up area of the City of London where space constraints required creative MEP solutions at every stage. The club features a pool, members' lounge, five group exercise studios, a hot yoga studio, gym equipment, a cryotherapy chamber, personal training, laundry and medical services.
CD International's London office completed the full MEP design from concept through to commissioning on site. The client's ambition to provide an energy-efficient operation without compromising quality required innovative solutions including LED lighting throughout, heat recovery within air handling units, condensing boiler technology, inverter-driven heat pumps, HEPA filtration and UV air disinfection.
