CD International has been proud to deliver MEP building services design across the full Third Space London gym portfolio — one of the UK's most prestigious luxury health club brands. Our commission has covered concept, schematic and detailed design stages, contractor coordination on site and Energy Performance Certificates across all locations.
Working in close partnership with Third Space, Ant Architecture, Studio RHE and MESH Construction Consultancy, CD International has delivered MEP design across multiple flagship locations throughout London — each one a unique and technically demanding project in its own right.
Our work spans the full Third Space London portfolio including Moorgate, Wood Wharf, Battersea, Wimbledon, Richmond, Whiteleys, Chelsea, Clapham, Canary Wharf and City — over 30,000 sqm of world-class gym, spa, pool and studio space across the capital.
Each gym presented its own set of engineering challenges — from basement-level plant rooms in dense city locations to large-format pool halls, hot yoga studios and cryotherapy chambers. In every case our priority was to deliver energy-efficient, comfortable and quiet environments that matched the exceptional quality of the interiors.
