Third Space Whiteleys is one of the flagship locations in the Third Space portfolio. Spread over Ground Floor, Basement Level 1, 2 and 3, this exclusive 2,465 sqm gym is just minutes from Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations and features some of the most creatively designed gym floors in London.

CD International provided concept and detailed design for building services and contractor coordination on site, followed by an Energy Performance Certificate. The design required careful management of plant distribution across multiple basement levels within a constrained city centre footprint.
