Third Space Wood Wharf

Third Space Wood Wharf is the sister gym to Canary Wharf, covering two floors of a complex building in E14 with stunning views across the Wharf. At 2,000 sqm it is a compact but superbly specified club featuring a 20-metre swimming pool, a Hot Yoga Studio and a Reformer Pilates Studio.

CD International provided concept and detailed design for building services and contractor coordination on site, followed by an Energy Performance Certificate. The project required close coordination with the wider building programme and careful management of services across two occupied floors.
